We made the sandwiches over the weekend and I think they worked out really well. I think the pickled mustard seeds in the slaw made all the difference. The buns weren't exact, but I think really good. We got them at Clement bakery in the Inner Richmond in SF. It's where Chairman Bao says they source their buns, so we figured we'd drive just a bit further and go there. When I called to order, they didn't know what I was asking for and hadn't heard of the food truck though, so it was definitely a challenge!
