Can't-miss food for Outside Lands [San Francisco]

First day highlights for me: Farmstead's charcuterie plate was excellent. Everything worked: the rillettes, mustard, pickles, and especially the ham carved right off the bone. Really tasty. Walked it over to beer lands because it really cried out for beer. Same with Rich Table's porchini doughnuts. I had one bite before realizing they needed beer. Nice mushroom flavor in a salty confection that I can only describe as porcini cheetos - and I mean that in a good way. The foam was a nice touch too. Gotta go back for their sardine chips at some point. I would have paired both with wine - and they are both close to Wine Lands. But this year I'm put off by the ever escalating cost of Wine Lands. If anyone found good values there, speak up please. Beer lands dispenses with the ticket nonsense too.
