Good news fellow bakers! The costcos in sf bay area (I bought mine in richmond) started carrying a new central milling AP-style flour. It's called "Artisan Bakers Craft" with 11.5% protein (compared to their 10.5% of the previous "Beehive" brand). I think my 25lb bag was around $13. STEAL! Also, they started carrying a wholewheat pancake/waffle mix in a 5lb bag for 8$. But it's a bit too sweet for my liking.
