Walked up the hill today arriving at 1030 when the wait was already 45 minutes. This place is extremely popular with, as hyperbowler notes, a 99% Asian crowd. One item prompts this post as I have never seen it anywhere before and it was really wonderful. Described as "Shredded Pork Puffy Bun" 酥皮肉松包, it did not seem to have rousong 肉松 (dried pork floss) anywhere I could detect, but maybe I missed it. A very light thinnish backed? bun with a white sweetish powder on the outside (was that the 肉松 in disguise?) and a moist porkish filling all perfectly complementing each other. (Szechuan Style Cold Chicken w/ Special Sauce) Other items were all well executed including Steamed Shrimp Ball with Sticky Rice (haven't had that very often), Pan Fried Shrimp and Chive Dumpling, Steamed Bean Curd Ski Roll with Pork and Shrimp, etc. A significant list of Hand Pulled Rice Noodle (rolls). I suspect they are freshly done, but we need to give these a try next time. A bit cheaper than Koi, maybe not quite as innovative (except for the Sichuan items). Maybe I missed it, but not many BBQ items except roast duck,
