Jupiter, as I told Melanie, yes, we will have my Khao Soi on the menu.
There's no reason to be scared by our prices. We won't be a cheap ethnic restaurant, because we want to be able to use ingredients of better quality than those restaurants can afford, but we will not be an expensive restaurant.
I'd say going out to eat at Kin Khao would be comparable to what you'd pay eating at Nopa, for example. That's about the range we are working with. Another good thing is we will have a lot of dishes for sharing, so you won't need to pay the equivalent of a full entree size per each person. You may _want_ to, but you won't need to.
